CPTC Complex – A First-Class Multi-Purpose Facility:

  • 60 Acre multipurpose facility
  • In Beausejour, the “Heart” of Eastern Manitoba
  • A short 40-minute drive north-east of Winnipeg via 4-lane Highways 59 and 44
  • Main grandstand seating for 1800 people
  • Two 6000 sq. ft. heated multi-purpose buildings, one is equipped with bar facility

  1. Press Booth – This building contains two VIP rooms, with separate washrooms. The
    upper level has a balcony, wet bar, and board room. Both VIP rooms are private for event
    sponsors.
  2. Tower – This building can be rented to view the races.
  3. Marshalling Building – This building is where the ice oval races are marshalled.
  4. Tech Building – The tech building is where race sleds go for inspection by tech officials for safety standards, as well as to make sure they meet the race specifications. The drivers’ meetings are also held here.
  5. Pit Washrooms – The pit washrooms are fully plumbed and heated.
  6. Pit Concession – This building has a full kitchen and eating area.
  7. VIP Building – This VIP building is located in the pits. It contains two separate VIP
    booths. It is heated and has an excellent view of the racetrack and action packed turns 1 and 2. Both rooms are private for event sponsors.
  8. VIP Building (same as above) – This VIP building is located in the pits. It contains two separate VIP
    booths. It is heated and has an excellent view of the racetrack and action packed turns 1 and 2. Both rooms are private for event sponsors.
  9. Pit Gates – This entrance is for racers and crew members. Anyone entering through this gate is required to sign a waiver.
  10. Walkthrough Pit Gate – This is the spectator pit entrance. Anyone entering through this gate is required to sign a waiver and buy a pit pass.
  11. South Multi-Purpose Building – This is a 6000 sq. ft. heated building with concrete floor. Its primary use is for displays during our events.
  12. Beer Gardens – This is a 6000 sq. ft. heated building with concrete floor. This building contains a permanent bar, promo wear booth, moveable stage, and sound system.
  13. Snack Shack – This is a multi-purpose concession building.
  14. Ticket Booth – Tickets to events can be purchased at this booth.
  15. Main Gate – This is the spectator main entrance. It is the gate closest to the grandstands
  16. Grand Stands/Washrooms/Concession – This building has room to seat approximately 1800 people. Housed underneath is a canteen with a modern commercial kitchen, fully-heated permanent washrooms, as well as a warm-up area with seating. The race announcer and lap counters’ booth is located at the top of the grandstand.
  17. Turn 3 VIP Buildings – These VIP buildings are heated and have attached decks. It is used for private event sponsors.
  18. Turn 3 VIP Buildings (same as above)– These VIP buildings are heated and have attached decks. It is used for private event sponsors.
  19. Quonset – This arch-rib building was originally used to host the beer gardens during the ice oval races. It is now used for storage of the water truck and maintenance equipment.
  20. Trackside Parking Gate – This entrance is located off of Highway 302 and spectators who want to watch the event from the comfort of their vehicles enter through this gate. Parking is along the north berm of the track.
