Snowmobile Race Cancellation Policy

Weather Conditions & Event Cancellations:

We are committed to providing an exciting and safe experience for all participants and spectators. However, due to the nature of snowmobile racing, certain uncontrollable factors—such as adverse weather conditions, unexpected crashes, or other safety-related circumstances—may affect the event.

1. No Refunds Due to Weather: There will be no refunds issued after the event has started if the event is affected by weather conditions, including but not limited to snowstorms, heavy winds, or temperatures unsuitable for racing. We strongly encourage participants and spectators to be prepared for all weather conditions.
2. No Refunds Due to Crashes or Interruptions: If the event is interrupted or concluded early due to a crash, safety concerns, or any other incident during the race, there will be no refunds issued. Safety is our top priority, and we take every precaution to ensure the well-being of all involved.
3. Acknowledgment of Risk: By attending or participating in the snowmobile race, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the event. These include but are not limited to weather-related disruptions, accidents, and changes in the event schedule.
